A smart chef's protection from dust.

Chef Lucien Gregor will be taking flight in a 1959 Boles-Aero traveling kitchen. First, however, he has to build it. He has no doubts that once he refurbishes this vintage travel trailer the people will come. With a soap box style Chef Gregor, also known as Money, will be documenting the path of muTABLEearth as she comes into being and then as she takes her maiden voyages.

Although he has yet to file his flightpath, he definitely knows which course he will take.  Money may still work 1000′s of hours every year,  but he will be keeping his children and family close to him.

Before his daughter’s leukemia diagnosis, Lucien had a corporate chef position in his sights, but now he knows that the same amount of hours working with Virgo will get him much greater satisfaction.

“At this point, nothing is more important to me than my children.” says Chef.
