Chef Lucien Gregor will be taking flight in a 1959 Boles-Aero travel trailer. BUT, first he has to build it. He has no doubts that once he builds it they will come to sup.With an inventive take on street food Chef Lucien, also know as Money, will be documenting the path of muTABLEearth as it comes into being and then as she takes her maiden voyages.

As a student at the Culinary Institute of America, Mr. Gregor, attained perfect attendance in his first and only year. When during his externship at the Seelbach Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky, his daughter, Isa, became stricken with a deadly disease called Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, ALL, in January 2009. This tragic diagnosis has not only changed his life, but also his outlook on life. Before January, Chef Money  had planned to fast track it to a corporate chef position, where he would likely spend thousands upon thousands of hours each year away from his family. Starting July 21, 2009 as the Sun moved into Leo all of that changed because he purchased his new life from a man known as Godzchef.

“At this point, nothing is more important to me than my children.” says Chef.

Although he has yet to file his flightpath, he definitely knows which course he will take.  Money may still work 1000’s of hours every year,  but he will be keeping his children and family close to him.
